•Support the sales process by participating in outbound calls, checking client offers, identifying needs or opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate team members or specialists.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ unique needs.
