Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with internal clients to understand complex software technology environments and translate business requirements into technology terms.
  • •Prepare technical requirements and systems design documentation, including flowcharts and detailed specifications for developers to implement.
  • •Design, test, implement, and maintain software code and environments, including acquiring and installing the systems environment and preparing databases and test cases.
  • •Oversee testing and deployment/release readiness, analyze program errors, and support implementation into production aligned with defined SLAs.
  • •Support operations post-deployment, distribute task descriptions, assist with post-implementation reviews, and improve internal methodologies, processes, and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.
  • •Extended software development and support experience, including deploying software solutions for clients in an outsourced (or similar) IT environment.
  • •Extended knowledge designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • •Extended experience with deployment and release management across environments.
  • •Automation tooling and source code repository experience, plus knowledge of multi-technology application design best practices.
