Compounding Lab Manager (Swing)

Manage daily operations in the pharmacy compounding labs, reporting to the Head Compounding Pharmacist. Lead and develop compounding technicians, ensure training and timely completion of SOPs, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Serve as a subject-matter expert for compounding suites equipment, partner with Quality Operations and PIC to protect compound quality and employee safety, and support compounding initiatives and non-sterile laboratory staffing.
