Key Responsibilities

  • •Share leadership of the Programs & Projects CoE and help scale the team and ways of working as the portfolio grows.
  • •Manage, coach, and mentor a team of project management professionals (4–6 direct reports), including 1:1s, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • •Lead assignment of project management professionals to initiatives across Digital and Technology based on skills and initiative complexity/domain.
  • •Personally lead one or more cross-cutting projects/programs, bringing structure, pace, and stakeholder alignment to multi-domain efforts.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and steer external project managers/contractors; track their performance and act as an escalation point when expectations aren’t met.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in project and program management, ideally delivering complex cross-functional/cross-domain initiatives.
  • •Proven people leadership experience managing/coaching project management professionals.
  • •Track record personally leading complex projects/programs and being hands-on while also leading through others.
  • •Experience managing external resources or vendors, including recruiting, onboarding, and holding contractors to delivery standards.
  • •Strong knowledge of program/project management methodologies and tools, comfortable operating across agile product teams and traditional programs/projects.
