Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and lead by example to generate clientele and maximize customer retention
  • •Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build loyal customer relationships
  • •Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback scores using NPS
  • •Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, and track BOH fulfillment, mis-pulls, receiving/removal metrics
  • •Contribute to loss prevention and maintain seamless store operational procedures, workflows, and training/onboarding
