Own and execute a portfolio of growth bets for an on-demand delivery vertical, shaping where the business goes next through new partner opportunities and pilot initiatives (including non-food). Build and standardize the commercial toolkit, define the partner operating model, and use competitor intelligence to sharpen positioning. Drive end-to-end progress from scoping to execution by partnering cross-functionally and maintaining efficient processes at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the business development pipeline for strategic bets and pilots, identifying partner opportunities and appropriate growth models.
•Build and standardize the commercial toolkit and processes that enable the On-Demand team to operate efficiently at scale.
•Define the On-Demand partner operating model with differentiated approaches by partner size.
•Serve as the voice of the market on competitor pricing, integrations, and incentives to sharpen positioning.
•Drive cross-functional collaboration to move initiatives from idea to execution.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in a commercial or business development role, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives to improve partner experience.
•Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading initiatives end-to-end from scoping to execution.
•Data-driven mindset using data and insights to prioritize initiatives and drive decision-making.
•Strong stakeholder management skills with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
•Solid English communication skills (written and spoken).
