Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of project management for multiple healthcare projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to develop scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, project plans, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources and conduct complex RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
  • •Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline; ensure functions remain on schedule and resolve/escalate issues.
  • •Collaborate to develop solutions, guide implementation and completion, and facilitate regular client status meetings.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 annually

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
