Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide nursing care to patients and families in an effective and safe manner under the guidance of a preceptor or designated RN.
  • •Identify outcomes for patient care delivery and make or recommend adjustments to meet patient care goals and standards.
  • •Assess patient signs, symptoms, reactions, behaviors, and general condition to determine normal versus abnormal characteristics.
  • •Administer medications and therapeutic agents and perform procedures including skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and peripheral venous access.
  • •Plan, implement, and document direct and indirect patient care in the electronic medical record while ensuring patient safety and collaborating with care teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • •Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (required)
