Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilise mechanical/HVAC design experience to produce high-quality, cost-effective mechanical design work across projects varying in size, scope, and sector.
  • •Lead mechanical designs and delivery for major client projects, including participation in technical review of projects.
  • •Mentor and guide junior engineers, including quality control review of design calculations and drawings.
  • •Work effectively within multi-disciplinary engineering teams on major projects, contributing to interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (or related degree) with current RPEQ/RPEV and Chartership (or working towards).
  • •Ideally 4+ years mechanical design experience with a Building Services consultancy, or significant design experience as a Senior Engineer in Mechanical Services.
  • •Proven knowledge and experience working within a technical design-focused HVAC/Mechanical Engineering role.
  • •Demonstrable design experience in buildings projects in Australia/NZ.
  • •Client management skills and the ability to manage project priorities while communicating with internal and external stakeholders on deadlines and deliverables.
