Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement replication features based on the Raft consensus protocol.
  • •Improve failover behavior, availability, correctness, and performance across the replication system.
  • •Write production-quality C++ and unit, integration, and system tests to demonstrate correctness.
  • •Diagnose test failures and bugs, perform root-cause analysis, and drive issue resolution.
  • •Collaborate with partner engineering teams and stakeholders, and investigate customer and Technical Support distributed-systems issues.
