•Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the life insurance sector.
•Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
•Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient delivery of insurance products.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in life insurance sales with a proven track record of success.
•Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline.
•Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
