•Maintain and implement policies and procedures within the function and develop area expertise.
•May lead projects or train junior staff and mentor other employees.

Key Requirements

•A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred. Five or more years of related business experience.
•Excellent analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills are required.
•In-depth functional/industry knowledge in the chosen field plus strong knowledge of related areas.
•Good project management and communication skills and strong working knowledge of the firm, the industry and technology.
•Ability to maintain policies and procedures and build toward area expertise while mentoring junior staff.
