Key Responsibilities

•Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems
•Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes
•Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements
•Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions addressing digital challenges

•Ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate operational needs into Epic solutions
•Experience with system build, testing, and workflow optimization
