Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical design and end-to-end delivery of high-complexity identity and access management features for SAP Business Network.
  • •Mentor and upskill developers, establishing a culture of engineering excellence aligned with agile practices.
  • •Design and evolve enterprise SSO, identity federation, and standards-based flows (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and integrations with IAS and AMS.
  • •Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex technical situations and provide definitive guidance.
  • •Provide project status, milestone tracking, technical updates, and manage high-volume/high-risk initiatives while partnering with key decision makers in customers and partners.

Salary: USD 198,200 - 420,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional software development experience leading complex, enterprise-scale product delivery.
  • •Expert proficiency in Java (and OOD/SQL) in a cloud-native production environment; JavaScript/TypeScript or Python is a plus.
  • •Deep expertise in authentication, authorization, enterprise SSO, and identity federation using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
  • •Strong distributed systems and microservices design experience with RESTful APIs on a modern Java cloud-native stack (Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes).
  • •Experience securing identity systems with token/session management, secrets handling, vulnerability management, and threat modeling.
