Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the R&D of international short-video search engines using machine learning algorithms and massive data.
  • •Participate in improving international short-video search algorithms.
  • •Explore NLP technologies such as word segmentation, NER, query analysis, and deep learning model applications.
  • •Develop cross-modal matching by applying CV + NLP deep learning techniques to improve retrieval capabilities.
  • •Work on personalized search and large-scale ML recommendation, and/or video/visual search and multimodal fusion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in computer science or a related technical discipline.
  • •Proficient coding skills with strong algorithm and data structure knowledge using C++/Python/Java.
  • •Experience in one or more of: NLP, ranking, ads, search engine, recommender systems, or machine learning.
