Director, Graduate Builders - Program Lead

Lead Salesforce’s global Graduate Builder Program as part of the Builder Center of Excellence, owning end-to-end strategy, operations, and evolution. Build AI-first onboarding, learning journeys, readiness and certification frameworks, and standardized graduate experiences across operating units. Establish KPIs and governance, develop manager playbooks and mentorship ecosystems, and partner with recruiting, workforce planning, and executive stakeholders to accelerate emerging technical talent and long-term pipeline strategy.
