Provide direct-access evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of neuromusculoskeletal conditions, maximizing functional readiness and performance. Use evidence-based interventions and proactive injury-mitigation strategies, advising leaders on return-to-duty planning and rehabilitation pathways. Serve as a clinical advisor supporting sports medicine, human performance efforts, and quality management activities, collaborating with POTFF and medical/command leadership across training, recovery, and post-operative care.
