Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, update, extend, block, and deactivate material master records; maintain key attributes like descriptions, material groups, units of measure, valuation data, plant data, and sales views.
  • •Process material master requests according to SLA requirements and governance policies, including data corrections and support for onboarding and hierarchy maintenance.
  • •Monitor material master data quality; perform validation to identify duplicates, incomplete, or inaccurate records; support data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment.
  • •Troubleshoot material master issues with local teams and resolve data discrepancies; participate in testing and help enforce governance standards and system enhancements.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, maintain audit-ready documentation, ensure approvals and supporting documentation are obtained, and support internal and external audits.

Key Requirements
