•Lead Infrastructure as Code automation initiatives using Terraform, Packer, and Ansible.
•Drive migration workstreams from VMware to a KVM-based private cloud model.
•Design and implement automation/tooling to improve infrastructure reliability and developer experience.
•Ensure monitoring, maintenance, and resilience of R&D environments; perform incident root-cause analysis and participate in on-call.
•Document processes and perform code reviews for IaC and scripts.
