Job Summary

Advise and support the Single-Family Market Engagement technology team by serving as a liaison across SFME verticals and internal departments. Translate customer business needs into recommendations, promote and sell Fannie Mae tools and programs, and provide subject-matter expertise and technical training. Analyze mortgage-market and loan-lifecycle requirements, identify opportunities, coordinate customer engagement strategies, and share digital product feedback with product teams to drive future enhancements.

•Act as the technology team liaison across SFME verticals, attending key meetings and handling internal customer-related requests.
•Provide subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations to the team.
•Determine customer business needs and processes across multiple projects/programs/products while resolving conflicting or complementary needs.
•Advise on promoting and selling Fannie Mae products and services to expand affordable financing access.
•Develop technical training on complex topics and communicate customer feedback about digital products and programs to product teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 141,000 - 184,000

Key Requirements

•At least 6 years of related experience.
•Knowledge of primary and/or secondary mortgage markets and the loan lifecycle.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process redesign skills.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to all levels (including C-level).
•A good understanding of Fannie Mae technologies and products (e.g., Day One Certainty, Desktop Underwriter).
