Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Enterprise BI Platform Engineer to operate and optimize our BI platforms (Power BI Service/Fabric, Tableau Server, Alteryx Server, Sigma) across a large, enterprise data environment. You’ll ensure performance, reliability, and governance, troubleshoot end-to-end, and collaborate with analytics and infrastructure teams to drive scalable analytics across the business.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate and support enterprise BI platforms to enable analytics across the organization.
•Monitor platform health and performance, identify risks, and optimize for scale and reliability.
•Lead investigation and resolution of BI platform incidents; provide escalation points for BI platform behavior.
•Collaborate with analytics and infrastructure teams to support platform-level changes and governance.
•Validate data models and performance (DAX/reporting) and manage gateway/data source configurations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, data analytics, mathematics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of work experience in relevant BI/analytics field.
•Hands-on experience administering enterprise BI platforms (Power BI Service/Fabric, Tableau Server, Alteryx Server or Sigma).
•Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; experience with data gateways, data sources, permissions, governance, upgrades.
•Experience validating data models, DAX behavior, report performance, and collaborating with infrastructure teams in large environments.
