Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide MDM and Customer 360 solutions using cloud-native MDM platforms.
  • •Lead technical architecture discussions and drive high-quality engineering delivery.
  • •Develop scalable data models and implement match & merge, survivorship rules, hierarchies, and workflow configurations within MDM platforms.
  • •Build and optimize data pipelines, integrations, mappings, and workflows across CRM, billing, analytics, and downstream systems.
  • •Drive production readiness through monitoring, deployments, operational support, and root cause analysis (RCA).

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in data engineering, MDM, or enterprise data platform development.
  • •Strong expertise in Master Data Management concepts including Customer 360, match & merge, survivorship, identity resolution, hierarchy management, and data governance.
  • •Hands-on experience with one or more MDM platforms such as Reltio or Informatica MDM.
  • •Strong data quality experience including profiling, cleansing, standardization, and duplicate detection.
  • •Expertise in SQL and enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, plus cloud technologies including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
