Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable to client SLA agreements and site-specific quality and fulfillment targets.
  • •Create and manage day-to-day operational strategy to ensure safe and productive campus operations.
  • •Plan, prioritize, and communicate shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
  • •Oversee quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying best practices, and developing tools/processes to meet quality goals.
  • •Lead performance management for the area’s direct reports and actively contribute to their development.

Key Requirements

  • •HS degree or GED required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • •2+ years of progressive operations experience in a manager role.
  • •Experience leading up to 100 associates and delivering productivity improvements through continuous improvement.
  • •Experience applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean and/or Six Sigma; Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel, plus intermediate math skills.
