Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as store expert and lead the team to deliver product knowledge, usage scenarios, and effective merchandising; ensure flagship store operations and basic processes are executed smoothly.
  • •Provide in-store skills training using the why/what/how framework, giving constructive feedback to continually improve customer experience and team happiness.
  • •Listen to customers' sports needs and provide professional solutions; plan product training for new releases in advance.
  • •Plan and adjust in-store displays ahead of plans and seasons, including styling guidance for daily and seasonal merchandising.
  • •Manage stock/receiving/returns/audits, cashier operations, opening/closing, and daily reviews; collaborate with the store manager to handover and run daily tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience with 1+ year in supervision/training
  • •Customer-focused with strong communication and listening skills
  • •Able to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays (5 days on, 2 off)
  • •Proactive in coaching and developing team members to improve customer experience
  • •Basic English communication skills (preferred)
