Job Summary

Lead the organization’s digital experience vision, design strategy, and experience governance across mobile apps, web, self-service channels, and AI-powered interfaces. You’ll own digital experience quality and standards, establish Digital Design as a Center of Excellence (CoE), and grow a multidisciplinary design organization (UX, UI, content, research, design ops). Drive customer-journey excellence, partner with technology for design systems and tokens, and bring AI-enabled design practices to scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the digital experience vision across all customer-facing digital channels, setting design principles, experience standards, and design frameworks.
•Lead multidisciplinary design teams across UX, UI, content design, user research, and design operations; build and develop a high-performing design organization.
•Own and govern digital experience quality across products and squads by establishing design review frameworks, quality assurance mechanisms, and final authority on design decisions.
•Establish and evolve the Design Center of Excellence (CoE) and lead the enterprise design system, including design tokens, component libraries, and experience standards.
•Drive digital journey excellence and AI & emerging experience innovation, collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer journeys and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Psychology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
•12+ years of experience in Digital Experience, UX, Product Design, Service Design, or Customer Experience-related disciplines.
•5+ years leading large-scale design organizations.
