Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Senior Director to deliver the global OMS roadmap, translating business priorities into product plans, releases, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Serve as application owner for IBM Sterling OMS, providing functional and technical guidance across order orchestration, sourcing and scheduling, inventory visibility, promising, fulfillment, cancellation, returns, and exception management.
  • •Lead delivery, deployment, and adoption of OMS enhancements aligned to enterprise architecture, security, and engineering standards.
  • •Manage the OMS product backlog and delivery lifecycle including requirements, prioritization, estimation, dependencies, release planning, change control, stakeholder communication, and value realization.
  • •Oversee OMS reliability and operations through monitoring, incident/problem management, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery; manage integrations with ERP, eCommerce, marketplace, POS, and fulfillment systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, supply chain, business, or related; advanced degree preferred.
  • •8+ years of progressive technology experience supporting enterprise order management or retail industry systems, including 3+ years leading teams or complex implementation initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of distributed order management and end-to-end order lifecycle across retail, eCommerce, marketplace, and wholesale channels (fulfillment, cancellations, returns, exceptions).
  • •Demonstrated product ownership, translating business requirements and priorities into a system roadmap and actionable plans.
  • •Experience managing agile product delivery (roadmaps and backlogs), coordinating cross-functional releases, and continuously improving enterprise platforms through operational support and performance optimization.
