Key Requirements

  • •Strong full-stack skills, including exposing APIs and building the frontends they support (Rails and TypeScript experience preferred).
  • •Experience building and maintaining production systems after shipping features live to see what works and what doesn’t.
  • •Daily hands-on experience with an agentic coding harness (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and strong opinions about your setup.
  • •Have shipped LLM-powered features or understand what it takes to run them in production.
