  • •Develop and promote team members and support advancement and growth within the company.
  • •Ensure certification and recertification for employees’ skills in critical and non-critical operations.
  • •Plan and lay out work schedules for orderly material flow, drive cost reduction initiatives, request maintenance, keep records, and work required overtime.

  • •3–5 years of experience (over 3 years up to and including 5 years).
  • •At least 3 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
