Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead demand forecast, account plan, and inventory strategy for Amazon.
  • •Serve as primary planning partner to Amazon, converting customer demand and marketplace trends into business plans.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and improve inventory efficiency; align forecasts and inventory plans to account strategies and financial targets.
  • •Prepare and communicate product/account forecasts and detailed sales/demand plans by product and material.
  • •Conduct monthly/seasonal/post-season performance analyses, monitor trends and inventory positions, and recommend actions to improve results.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or supply chain related field
  • •At least 2+ years of experience as a buyer, planner, analyst, or account manager in consumer goods (retail and/or wholesale)
  • •Understanding of inventory management, S&OP, and integrated business planning
  • •Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • •Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Access is a plus)
