Drive store sales goals by delivering an exceptional ALO guest experience through genuine connection, product education, and strong customer service. Stay expert in product knowledge and help customers understand ALO’s retail, yoga, and café offerings. Support sales floor coverage, client relationships, and daily store operations while partnering with leadership to analyze reports, follow initiatives, and maintain front/back of house standards in a fast-paced environment.

•Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
•Ensure engaging, friendly customer interactions and build daily client relationships.
•Educate guests and staff on ALO product, community, and culture, including the retail, yoga, and café business model.
•Support store goals by leveraging company tools, incentives, and strategies; resolve client needs quickly.
•Assist with store operations including sales floor coverage, shipment processing, product flow, visual merchandising, and following front/back of house procedures.
