Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead finished product release for the sales team to approve products for sales from Bangplee factory to distributors.
  • •Perform finished product release for medicinal product sales and shipments according to Reckitt Global Policy and applicable Thai regulations and GMP requirements.
  • •Review batch manufacturing and packaging records and ensure compliance with approved documents (including Optiva/PCS) under Reckitt document control.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams to raise deviations and manage non-conformities, ensuring quality-approved status before release.
  • •Lead RFT and TAT to meet KPIs, participate in quality internal audits, and support change control assessments and management/product quality reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and certification as a Thai Pharmacist under the Drug Act of Thailand, with 5 years of related experience.
  • •Familiarity with GMP, GDP, PIC/S, ISO13485, and other standard requirements.
  • •Knowledge and experience of Good Manufacturing Practice and regulatory standards for medicinal products.
  • •Proven people management experience leading and developing teams, influencing people at all levels.
  • •Ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and apply flexible, pragmatic problem-solving.
