•Set vision and alignment for a group of product teams by partnering with Product Lead and Product Managers and aligning technical direction with company strategy.

•Evaluate, introduce, and integrate modern AI development tools and methodologies into daily team routines to boost velocity and innovation.
•Drive high-quality, scalable software delivery while maintaining a customer-centric, solution-oriented mindset.
•Continuously improve tooling, environment, and processes to manage technical debt and optimize developer velocity, and represent engineering in key initiatives.
