Finance Manager - Facilities Vendor Management

Manage financial operations and vendor management for enterprise real estate facilities and project delivery. Ensure accuracy and compliance across purchase orders, invoices, budgeting cycles, cross-entity billing, and tax reconciliation. Lead core data maintenance, support annual operating plan activities, oversee accruals and year-end closeout reconciliations, and partner with vendors, site FM teams, and BU finance to drive process improvement, KPI tracking, and reporting.
