Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with operational planning of recipes and the creation and optimization of menus using a Python-based menu-planning algorithm.
  • •Work on product improvement projects to increase customer satisfaction.
  • •Lead cross-collaborative menu de-risking initiatives to reduce menu risk and ensure ingredient availability across the value chain.
  • •Support day-to-day operations, admin/organizational tasks, and recipe/ingredient pool database maintenance with culinary teams.
  • •Track weekly menu/recipe performance, run analyses for longer-term performance, and support recipe change management and customization uploads.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing a degree from a business administration/management or engineering school.
  • •Initial experience in product management or supply planning (CPG and E-Commerce experience is a plus).
  • •Excellent command of Excel; knowledge of SQL and Python is a real plus.
  • •Hands-on mindset, team spirit, strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
  • •Fluency in English; German is a plus.
