Key Responsibilities

  • •Review tender documents, RFP requirements, and scope specifications to understand bid requirements.
  • •Prepare detailed cost estimates for hard and soft FM services, including complete technical and commercial proposals.
  • •Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site surveys and assessments to inform assumptions and exclusions.
  • •Develop manpower plans and service models using productivity benchmarks and site-specific requirements.
  • •Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations for specialist subcontracted services; support clarifications, presentations, and contract amendments.
