Design, install, and maintain large-scale chilled water HVAC systems for SpaceX facilities and data centers. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and repair primarily large-scale chilled water HVAC equipment on facilities systems (100 tons and above).
•Maintain critical mechanical infrastructure supporting datacenters and production environments.
•Collaborate with engineers, managers, and customers to maintain systems in peak operating condition and develop/update detailed maintenance instructions.
•Perform ductwork modifications, brazing, soldering, evacuation and charging of refrigerants, water piping, insulation modifications, and repairs.
•Read and interpret schematics for assembly, repair, and reassembly; ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and building codes.

•High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
•5+ years of professional experience working with large scale industrial chilled water equipment.
•Experience maintaining datacenters and large production cooling plants.
•Knowledge in HVAC, electrical safety, pneumatic principles, tubing, pipe-fittings, rotating machinery (pumps, air compressors, etc.).
•Ability to read and interpret schematics and architectural plans; work independently and in a team; strong communication skills.
