Design, develop, and test smart-card subsystem software with a focus on cryptographic back-end components and protocols. •Lead design and development of smart-cards subsystem software, owning code quality and contributing to testing frameworks.
•Participate in the full development cycle from requirements gathering and scoping through source code development, testing, and verification.
•Design and implement new features in cryptographic back-ends and improve crypto library APIs to reduce misuse.
•Assist with design, development, and testing of smart card drivers in OpenSC and implement and test future generations of post-quantum cryptography smart cards.
•Influence technical direction through consensus-building, communicate and collaborate globally, and mentor engineers by producing design documents and writing.

•Familiarity with TLS/SSL, IPSec/IKE, or SSH protocol, plus knowledge of PKCS#11 or PKIX.
