Project Controls Lead

Own the project master schedule and delivery roadmap across FluidStack’s data center portfolio. Integrate design, procurement, permitting, and construction schedules into an enterprise program plan, providing schedule intelligence, critical-path risk forecasts, and support for executive decisions on resource allocation and capital phasing. Lead regional project controls and scheduling teams, manage change orders and claims analysis, develop KPIs/dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Finance, Estimating, VDC, Safety, and Quality.
