Corporate Trust Specialist

Serve as the primary point of contact for a specialized group of distressed debt clients, resolving complex administrative issues and supporting senior client teams. Manage day-to-day institutional and corporate trust account activities including fee billing, transaction closing facilitation, cash and investment handling, and debt service calculations. Review transaction structures and legal documents, coordinate with internal corporate trust teams to ensure accurate system setups, and support compliance-ready account preparation.
