Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Workday Compensation project work stream execution and coordinate project delivery.
  • •Manage work plan(s) and support analytics and reporting for client engagements.

  • •Workday Compensation expertise with Workday certification in Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation (big plus).

  • •Strong communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to present to leadership or at conferences.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, with willingness to travel up to 50% when needed.
