Senior Manager, Executive Fulfillment Escalations

Lead the regional fulfillment team focused on executive spare-part escalation resolution. Establish and institutionalize operating processes to understand, contain, resolve, and prevent spare part availability issues, and drive aligned recovery actions across planning, procurement, field service operations, customer contact, spares execution, and site teams. Facilitate allocation and recovery decisions, communicate consistently to stakeholders, manage cross-functional operational projects, and use customer data analysis to drive continuous improvements in fulfillment processes.
