Key Responsibilities

•Lead month-end close in the first five business days, ensuring timely and accurate close processes.
•Process and/or review AR/AP invoices per policy and internal controls; resolve exceptions.
•Prepare, review, and approve monthly journal entries with proper documentation.
•Reconcile and review assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts (PP&E, intangibles, leases, debt/interest, assets, investments); explain variances.
•Support audit schedules, bank reporting, covenants, and intercompany reconciliations; drive process improvements and automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•CPA license is highly preferred
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; minimum 5 years of accounting experience
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey complex information
•Hands-on experience with AR/AP, journal entries, and month-end close; familiarity with internal controls
•ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) is preferred; multinational experience and bilingual Korean/English are a plus
