Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. Meet personal and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations, while building lasting client relationships. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (short-form video) to capture data, drive loyalty, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and using basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and handle physical demands, including lifting 25 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
