Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive monthly and annual forecasts and budgets for opex spend, including variance analysis and implications.
  • •Forecast using aligned assumptions and explain what, where, and why the organization spends money.
  • •Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to support scenario planning and decision-making.
  • •Provide front-line support for ad hoc financial analysis requests by presenting and visualizing data and insights.
  • •Develop efficiency metrics, reconcile HC for the organization, and support cost management and commission accuracy with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of relevant financial analysis experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite.
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS.
  • •Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
