Job Summary

Partner with finance and business leaders to drive monthly/annual forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis for opex spend. Support decision-making through scenario planning, financial sensitivities, and ad hoc analysis requests. Build efficiency and growth metrics, manage stakeholder relationships, and reconcile HC for organization needs. Enable effective cost management strategies, and support the Sales team to ensure accurate commissions through strong data and modeling.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive monthly and annual forecasts and budgets for opex spend, including variance analysis and implications.
•Forecast using aligned assumptions and explain what, where, and why the organization spends money.
•Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to support scenario planning and decision-making.
•Provide front-line support for ad hoc financial analysis requests by presenting and visualizing data and insights.
•Develop efficiency metrics, reconcile HC for the organization, and support cost management and commission accuracy with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•6+ years of relevant financial analysis experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
•Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite.
•Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS.
•Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
