Job Summary

Join the Global Legal Services team supporting Workday’s Go To Market Legal work by managing a high volume of contract requests. You’ll negotiate and redline agreements (including MSA and DPE), draft and revise contract wording, and coordinate review cycles with cross-functional partners. The role also includes maintaining contract management workflows and systems, supporting in-house legal staff with research and record-keeping, and executing department projects as needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

•Negotiate, redline, and review contractual documents, including MSA, DPE, and other agreements.
•Draft and revise contract wording to address situations as they arise.
•Manage contract workflow and document generation through routing for signatures and final distribution.
•Maintain the contracts management system and implement/enforce contract practices and policies.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams during review cycles and support legal staff with research, correspondence, and record-keeping.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 54,000 - 81,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience managing contracts, including drafting and negotiation, in a corporate environment.
•Bachelor’s Degree or above.
•Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Experience with a contract management system (e.g., Apttus or others).
•Experience with electronic signature software (e.g., EchoSign or DocuSign).
