Business Monitoring Officer (تمهير)

Responsible for monitoring performance of Bayut KSA sales staff, overseeing team activities such as morning meetings, lead reviews, and call listening, and delivering daily reports and management reviews to leadership. Works with SE, Training and HRBPs to coordinate regular monitoring and performance reporting for the sales team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
