Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain knowledge of key prospects within the Commercial function.
  • •Participate in bid strategy development and execution, integrating market and competition analysis into sales strategies.
  • •Assess and support potential business opportunities through proposal development and prime contract negotiation and award.
  • •Support Commercial leadership with executive presentations, including Project briefings and Proposals Gates 1 to 3 meetings.
  • •Identify and process changes, assist with functional assessments and continuous improvement, and adhere to best-practice tools and systems for early engagement and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business in a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of experience in a similar role in the oil & gas industry.
  • •Extensive experience across offshore oil and gas organization functions.
  • •Strong communication, selling, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to present to executive audiences.
  • •Knowledge of commercial (contractual), financial, and risk principles, with strong problem-solving, time management, and computer literacy (MS Office, data visualization, CRM).
