Job Summary

Lead end-to-end KYC lifecycle work within Compliance Operations, conducting complex onboarding, periodic, and event-driven reviews plus offboarding. Key Responsibilities

•Conduct end-to-end KYC lifecycle processes including onboarding, periodic reviews, event-driven reviews, and offboarding.
•Perform detailed AML/financial crime/terrorist-financing risk assessments using enhanced due diligence, including negative news and business nature review.
•Carry out ongoing customer monitoring, including counterparty compliance calls and assessment of transactional activity.
•Partner with internal stakeholders and other control functions to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and recommend risk-based actions.
•Complete written reports of findings with comprehensive narratives and recommendations, and drive standardization/optimization of KYC workflows across regions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of AML/KYC review experience for corporates.
•2+ years in crypto, preferably onboarding requiring specialized due diligence.
•Deep understanding of blockchain technology and strong investigative/problem-solving skills.
•First-class ability to structure ambiguous problems, generate hypotheses, coordinate research and analysis, and synthesize insights from data.
•B.A./B.S. degree; CAMS, CFCS, or CFE certification is a plus.
