  • •Oversee and improve manufacturing test strategy for scalable operations from pre-production to full-scale output.
  • •Collaborate with product SEIT and development engineering to ensure design testability and production integration.
  • •Maintain and expand test capabilities across product manufacturing value streams, from system checkouts and acceptance testing to component validation.
  • •Evaluate test data to identify product and process improvements; lead procurement and implementation of new test equipment and related maintenance/calibration.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant industry experience focused on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •2+ years as a people manager leading manufacturing test engineering or adjacent fields.
  • •Experience with Linux and test automation tools such as C#, Python, NixOS, and LabView (or similar).
  • •Knowledge of PCBA/electronic assembly testing and testing standards (acceptance, EOL, ESS), plus proficiency with electronic and RF test equipment.
