Job Summary

Partner with Dyson teams and external contract manufacturers to implement new products/technologies and sustain tier-1 supplier operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-functional teams to deliver, monitor and implement actions for engineering projects transitioning to mass production.
•Provide project planning and reporting, including budget vs. actual status, milestones, and lessons learned.
•Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and manage CR/ECN implementations.
•Drive Lean manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives within tier-1 suppliers to reduce waste and improve quality.
•Oversee end-to-end Capital Expenditure and Asset Management for manufacturing projects.

Key Requirements

•Project/Program Management experience.
•Bachelor's degree in engineering/Management.
•8-10 years of manufacturing experience with 6-8 years handling project/program management.
•Manufacturing awareness – understanding the drivers and technologies of a manufacturing organization.
•Self-motivated, independent, result-driven, ability to deliver under pressure and in tight timelines.
